How do I change my app selection?
Open Sperrstunde, tap the settings icon, and choose "Change selection". You can then update the apps, websites, or categories you want to block.
How do I pause Sperrstunde for today?
If Sperrstunde is active for today, open the app, choose "Pause today", and hold the button to confirm the pause.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your Apple ID, and then open "Subscriptions".
Why does Sperrstunde ask for Screen Time access?
Sperrstunde uses Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls features so only your selected apps can be blocked during your scheduled Sperrstunde.
